USAR Wisconsin Council A council of Kingdom of God-minded Christian leaders from across Wisconsin, linking together for breakthrough and spiritual alignment to release our potential and cause social, cultural transformation in our cities, our regions, and our state. Sponsored by:  God is restoring the apostolic-prophetic alignment of spiritual gifts in the Body of Christ and putting the foundation of the Church back into place (Ephesians 4:11; 1 Corinthians 12:28). Wealth that has been hidden is being uncovered (Isaiah 45:3), so that the Kingdom of God can advance. Instead of the Church being closed away in a building, we are recognizing that the Kingdom of God is meant to invade all dimensions of society (Mark 4:30-32). We must come together in alignment for our families, our cities, our state, and our nation. Without alignment, the anti-Christ system will have a field day during what should be our time of harvest. Being properly aligned (connected) with others has personal, daily significance for each one of us. It is one of the ways in which we must mature. We are not just to come into alignment on behalf of the Church; we are to come into apostolic-prophetic alignment on behalf of a Kingdom that is in conflict with the enemy's world system. God's purpose is for His rule to advance across the earth. His desire is to restore the years the cankerworm has eaten away (Joel 2:25). As we come into godly connection with each other, we will see and understand how the thief entered in and ate away our blessings. Once we understand the thief's tactics, we can call back our loss as a seven-fold increase (Proverbs 6:30, 31). When apostolic-prophetic alignment takes place, there is a higher level of spiritual authority released. God releases this authority to confront and dethrone the powers of darkness that have held our cities, regions, and state in captivity. High-ranking powers of darkness can only be confronted by high-ranking Kingdom of Heaven ambassadors who are sent by Jesus to do war on behalf of His rule and reign. The powers of darkness are much like the wall that surrounded Jericho, "No one went out and no one came in" (Joshua 6:1b). The Lord had Joshua align the people with the priest and himself (a type of apostolic-prophetic alignment) to bring down the wall around the city. Likewise, when demonic strongholds are dismantled, people's eyes are opened to God's truth, and evangelism becomes easy. The Presence of the Lord comes to rest on the city, and His Glory is revealed through signs and wonders, healings, and deliverance. God is calling Wisconsin into apostolic-prophetic alignment. As this alignment begins to take place, He will release greater anointing and authority in His people. The Wisconsin Council of Apostolic Leaders is a vehicle for alignment to bring that release. There may be other groups doing a similar work, and we welcome that to be the case. We want to link arms with all who would like to be a part of God's move in our state. WCAL's purpose is not to rule over any people, church, or ministry in a vertical hierarchy, but rather, to join together in a horizontal alignment to advance the Kingdom of God. If we will connect together, pooling our gifts, callings, and anointings, our unity will be powerful, as Israel's was when the tribes came together to form one nation. The Lord was with them, and no nation could stop what God wanted to do through them. It is time to rise up and take our places across this great state. Wisconsin is God's River State and He wants His River to flow! We must link together in prayer, worship, and strategy to expand the Kingdom of God in every area of society.
